How do you package your products?

We don't just talk a good game - we walk it too. That's why we use recycled cardboard for our packaging. 


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our products should arrive at your door within 5 working days. However, please expect an additional 2-3 working days if you are located rurally and before or after public holidays. Please be aware that occasionally there are unexpected delays that are out of our control, but our courier service will always try their best to have orders delivered as soon as possible.


Do you ship internationally?

We're playing a home game for now - USL Sport Shop only ships within New Zealand. No international tests (yet!) 


What courier do you use?

We team up with NZ Post to get your gear to you. You will be provided with a tracking number on dispatch of your order from our warehouse, so you will be able to track each stage of your delivery process.


Does rural delivery cost more?

No, rural delivery doesn't cost more.


Do you offer click-and-collect?

No, there are no pick-ups in our playbook. You stay in position, and we'll deliver the goods directly to your chosen address within New Zealand.


I have placed an order but am wanting to change my address.

No worries, even the best lineups sometimes require last minute changes! Just get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to get it sorted before your order hits the road. 


My package has arrived damaged.

Sorry, that's not the result we were aiming for. Please get in touch with our customer service team, include your order number and the details and we'll work hard to make it right.

Please hang onto the damaged goods and packaging - if you can snap a few photos that'd be a big help for our review squad. 

Please make sure you get in touch with our customer services team before sending anything back, so we can sort the next play together. 


Do you deliver to PO Boxes/Private Bags?

Yes, we've got that covered!  


I have not yet received my tracking number/link for my order.

Hang tight - your order might still be warming up on the sidelines. Once it's out for delivery, we'll send your tracking details through. If you don't see it, check your spam folder - it might've taken a detour! 


I have received the wrong product, what should I do?

Not the play we called - sorry! Get in touch with our customer service team and we'll sort this out for you. We're here to make it right and get the right gear back in your hands. 


Am I able to make an order on the phone?

Phone orders aren't part of our game plan - but if the website's giving you trouble, give us a shout. Our team is ready to assist and help you get that order across the line.
